From East coast inner city life to traveling around the world, I was raised surrounded by vibrant family energy. Inspired by my relatives' resilience, I embarked on a path of self-discovery and service.

From working as the doorman at iconic Philly clubs to teaching yoga in Maui and leading wellness retreats globally, my journey has been a tapestry of growth, connection, and empowerment.

I've had the privilege of sharing my practices with diverse communities, from Haitian refugees camps in the Dominican Republic to corporate teams in NYC.

Now, back in Philly, I'm building my brand to continue spreading growth, healing, and connection.​
