The Internal Arts: I’ve spent my life practicing traditional Kung Fu and Qigong (Master Keith Mazza lineage) and have been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2006. This is where I learned to bridge the gap between physical power and mental stillness.

Global Perspective: I’ve taken these practices to diverse environments around the world—from Haitian refugee camps to corporate headquarters in NYC. I’ve seen firsthand that whether you’re in a boardroom or a crisis zone, the need for a stable nervous system is the same.

Professional Backing: While my military service provided a foundation of discipline, my current expertise is backed by certifications as a UHP-Certified Personal Trainer and a Mental Health First Responder.
